OTR Truck Driver Orientation
Orientation Schedule
New hires in our OTR truck driver program complete a structured orientation designed to prepare drivers for safe and efficient operations.

Orientation Pay: $300 per driver on the first check (paid regardless of whether orientation lasts 4 or 5 days)

Pre-Orientation Requirements
Before attending orientation, OTR drivers must complete several onboarding requirements:

On-Road Safety Bonus
Safe drivers receive an additional quarterly bonus.

PasSmart Safety Bonus
Drivers who maintain a clean safety record qualify for enhanced driving speed privileges.

68 MPH for 60 minutes per 24 hours (solo drivers)

68 MPH for 120 minutes per 24 hours (team drivers)
Drivers must avoid speeding violations or safety probation.
Driver Anniversary Bonus
Drivers are rewarded for long-term service.

$100 per year of service with no cap

Band Pay for Short Hauls
The Band Pay program helps drivers earn more on shorter freight loads.
