$1,000 Weekly Pay Guarantee

Company long-haul drivers may qualify for a $1,000 gross weekly pay guarantee. This amount includes CPM pay (regular and per diem) as well as the weekly performance bonus.

The guarantee is measured over a four-week average period. However, drivers must meet several requirements to qualify.

Guarantee Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, drivers must:

• Complete 30 days of employment before eligibility begins

• Work 22 days during a 28-day period

• Maintain no service failures

• Avoid preventable accidents

This schedule allows up to six days of home time each month.

The weekly pay period runs Friday through Thursday. If a driver works the full schedule but averages less than $1,000 during the four-week period, the company will adjust wages upward.

However, drivers must remain employed through the adjustment pay date to receive the guarantee payment.

Even so, most drivers should plan on consistent three-to-four-week runs.

Drivers operate throughout all 48 states.

However, freight lanes can change depending on customer demand. Because of this, drivers may run different regions throughout the year.

Weekly Miles

Weekly miles depend on dispatch schedules and freight availability.

However, drivers generally maintain steady miles during most weeks.

Freight Type

Drivers on this account haul refrigerated freight.

Typical freight includes:

• Boxed beef

• Chicken

• Other general commodities

Because trailers are usually preloaded, drivers spend less time handling freight.

Paid Orientation

• Company Drivers: 3 days

• Independent Contractors: 2 days

Orientation typically runs Monday through Wednesday. In many cases, drivers begin running solo on the first day.

Orientation Pay

Drivers receive daily pay while attending orientation.

• Company Drivers: $100 per day

• Independent Contractors: $105 per day

Orientation Lodging and Meals

Drivers stay at La Quinta in Olathe, Kansas.

Meals include:

• Breakfast at the hotel

• Lunch provided at the terminal

However, drivers are responsible for dinner.

Travel to Orientation

Travel to orientation is provided by the company.
